Account Deletion
Last updated: May 5, 2026
This page explains how ERPKaro users can request deletion of their account and what happens after a deletion request is submitted.
We normally delete the requested account within 90 days of receiving a valid deletion request. Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
1. How to request account deletion
You can request account deletion using any of the following methods:
- From the ERPKaro platform: sign in to your account and use the available account deletion or support option.
- From the ERPKaro mobile application: open the app, sign in, and use the available account deletion or support option.
- By email: send your deletion request to erpkaro@gmail.com from the email address associated with your ERPKaro account.
2. What to include in your request
To help us verify and process the request, please include your registered name, company or organization name if applicable, registered email address, phone number if linked to the account, and a clear statement that you want your ERPKaro account deleted.
If you contact us by email, you may use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" so that the request can be identified quickly.
3. Verification before deletion
For account security, we may ask for additional information to confirm that the request is made by the account owner or an authorized representative of the organization. We may not process requests that cannot be verified.
4. What happens after deletion is requested
After we receive and verify your request, we will begin the account deletion process. Access to the account may be disabled during processing, and account data associated with the user will be deleted or anonymized from active systems as part of the process.
5. Deletion timeline
We normally delete the requested account within 90 days of the request. The timeline may vary if verification is incomplete, if the account is part of an organization subscription, or if retention is required for legal, security, billing, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons.
6. Information that may be retained
Even after account deletion, ERPKaro may retain limited records where necessary to comply with applicable laws, maintain audit and security logs, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or misuse, complete billing records, or enforce agreements.
7. Contact for account deletion
For account deletion requests or questions about the process, use the deletion option in the ERPKaro platform or mobile application, or email erpkaro@gmail.com.
